Stop Shrinking To Make Other People Comfortable
Trauma therapy for people who've been told they're too much, too loud, too queer, too anything. I'm an EMDR-trained trauma specialist, and I want you to be entirely you.

You've Gotten Good At Getting Small
Maybe you've spent years managing everyone else's comfort before your own. Explaining yourself. Over-explaining yourself. Apologizing for taking up space, for being too intense, too queer, too much. Maybe you're staying in something that hurts because it's familiar, and familiar has started to feel safer than the unknown, even when you know better. That's not a character flaw. That's trauma doing exactly what it learned to do to keep you alive. The cost is that you've been surviving instead of living, and some part of you is tired of it.
Therapy That Doesn't Ask You To Be Smaller
I work with long-term trauma — the kind that shows up as anxiety, depression, an inability to advocate for yourself, or staying in situations that hurt because leaving feels harder than staying. My approach is trauma-informed, EMDR-trained, and built to deconstruct the traditional therapy model that was never designed with queer, kinky, or "too much" people in mind. We're not managing your symptoms into something more palatable. We're finding your voice, and making sure it's loud enough that you stop apologizing for it.
