Trauma Doesn't Stop At A Border. Neither Does My Work.

I work with clients outside the US — and I don't mean Americans living abroad. I mean people who were born, raised, and live somewhere else entirely. Decolonizing therapy means I'm not going to treat an American frame of reference as the default you have to translate yourself into. For now sessions are in English only** — that's the one real limit. Where you live isn't a disqualifier. It's just something we talk about.

Availability Depends On Where You Live — So Let's Talk About It

I'm licensed to practice as a therapist in the US (Illinois, Maine, and Oregon, with California in progress), and I already work with clients in a number of countries outside the US. Whether I can work with you specifically comes down to where you're located — some countries, no issue. Some, I can meet virtually but not in person. A few, not yet. Rather than publish a list that's out of date the moment something changes, book a free consultation and tell me where you live. I'll tell you plainly whether I can work with you there.

Same Work, Wherever You're Logging In From

EMDR-trained (not certified — I'll always say that plainly), CBT, narrative therapy, interpersonal work, built around long-term trauma rather than a quick fix. Time zones take some coordinating — that's a scheduling conversation, not a reason to say no.

What It Costs

$250 per session, flat — charged in USD to a credit card, no different rate for being international. If your card isn't in US dollars, your bank handles the conversion at checkout. I don't control what that exchange rate does on a given day — only that my rate doesn't change based on where you live.
